Projects

This project centered on the large-scale upgrade and ongoing facilities management of an established university campus. The scope included renovating lecture halls, modernizing libraries, and upgrading student housing units to meet international standards. A phased approach allowed academic activities to continue without disruption while works progressed. In addition to construction and refurbishment, our team implemented preventive maintenance systems, energy-saving lighting solutions, and improved security protocols across the campus. These upgrades have extended the life span of key infrastructure and created a safer, more conducive environment for students and staff.
